We aim to give a high standard of service. If you are unhappy with our service, please tell us so that we can put it right.

1. How to complain to us

Please email info@sainttalaw.com or write to us at the address above, giving your name, contact details, a description of your concern and what you would like us to do. You can also raise it with your adviser directly.

2. What happens next

We will acknowledge your complaint in writing, normally within 5 working days.
Your complaint will be reviewed by a senior member of our team who was not involved in the matter where possible.
We will aim to send you a written reply, with our findings and any proposed action, within 28 days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and when to expect an answer.

3. If you are not satisfied

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA), our regulator. You can usually complain to the IAA about something that happened in the last 12 months. 2. 后续处理

我们通常会在 5 个工作日内书面确认收到您的投诉。
在可能的情况下，投诉将由未参与该事项的资深团队成员审阅。
我们会力争在 28 天内书面答复，说明调查结果及拟采取的措施。如需更长时间，我们会说明原因及预计答复时间。

3. 如果您仍不满意

如果您对我们的回复不满意，可以向我们的监管机构英国移民咨询管理局（IAA）投诉。一般可就最近 12 个月内发生的事项向 IAA 投诉。请参阅我们的“IAA 监管信息”页面，或访问 gov.uk/find-an-immigration-adviser/complain-about-an-adviser。
